PRE-ORDERS

IMPORTANT: PRE-ORDERS SHIP 2.5–4 WEEKS AFTER THE DROP ENDS.

Pre-order items are made and prepared after the pre-order period has ended. Please allow 2.5–4 weeks for your order to ship after the drop ends.

This pre-order timeline is currently a one-time arrangement for this launch. We plan to make pre-order items available much faster in the near future.

IN-STOCK ITEMS

As we continue to grow, we also plan to have more products available in stock and ready to ship. In the near future, in-stock items are expected to have a shipping time of approximately 3–4 business days.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed according to the availability and fulfillment timeline listed on each product. Please make sure to carefully read the product description before placing your order, especially for pre-order items.

SHIPPING UPDATES

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Please use the tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
